Returning An Item


Please quote your order number and/or name & address when returning items.  Baselayer will only refund or exchange if the following minimum criteria are met:

  • Goods must be returned within 28 days of original purchase date except where otherwise agreed (see our Christmas Returns Policy Here)
  • Goods will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in "saleable" condition.  See Returns Terms & Conditions for clarity.


    You have two choices here to exchange an item.
    1. Post back the item to us at the address on your invoice, enclose £4.00 for Return P&P and we will send your exchange your item subject to availability. If there is a cost difference to the item you require, the cost difference must also be enclosed with your return.
  • 2. Go on-line at and re-order the item you want in the required size/colour and simply return the unwanted item for a full refund following the process above. You do not need to enclose any return postage for a refund.


    Once we have your item(s) back with us we will process this for a full refund in line with our terms and conditions, as soon as we can. Refunds are "Batch Processed" weekly and therefore "may" take a few days to be processed. Finally, please ensure you return all items to us by a recorded/tracked mechanism to ensure you are covered for any transportation losses.  For your convenience, Baselayer offers a Fixed Price Tracked Returns facility where you can obtain a fixed price printable label for returning goods up to 1KG in weight within the UK. Baselayer™ cannot accept any liability for goods being returned that cannot be tracked and go missing in transit.  For faulty goods, or where there has been an error on our part, please contact us first and follow the guidelines above and we shall issue a FREE Tracked Returns Label to facilitate a fast cost free return.


Baselayer™ is able to offer the convenience of purchasing a Fixed Price Tracked Returns label to return items to us via Royal Mail up to 1KG in weight (UK only). Simply attach this to your securely packaged parcel and take it to your local Post Office ensuring you obtain a receipt as proof of postage.  To purchase a label simply click here: Tracked Returns Label

Whatever you do please MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE PACKAGE THAT TELLS US WHO IT'S FROM AND WHAT ACTION YOU WANT US TO'd be shocked how many parcels are returned without customer details!
