Christmas Returns Policy

Need to return an item for Exchange or Refund after Xmas?

We are here to help so here's what to do:

  • DON'T PANIC!  We will have limited staff availability during the festive holiday period but we will have someone to speak/communicate with if needed.
  • No need to rush.  We extend our returns window way beyond our 28 day period so it can easily wait until the New Year if there's no hurry.
  • Need a replacement quickly?  Just place another order for the right size/colour and simply return the original item for refund when convenient.
  • We don't have that item available now?  Just email us.  It could be we will have it very quickly in January or even before.  We'll advise what the situation is or offer an alternative product.
  • Easy Tracked Returns:  We offer a Tracked Returns facility that you can purchase for a fixed fee that will enable you to return an item to us up to 2kg in weight for just £4.00.
