Designed for on-site work use, this hybrid jacket has a padded thermal body and flexible sleeves.....a kind of body warmer with sleeves.  A Warm layering piece from the Result® Work-Guard range and an impressive layering piece. 

A regular fitted Layer 2 item and a meaty 380GSM fabric weight but without excess bulk using a combination of brushed thermal Polyester fabric with thin integrated insulation and Polyamide shell.  Consider this as a Gilet with flexible sleeves.
